Orla sits on a 16,600 square metre beachfront plot at the apex of the Palm Jumeirah west crescent, with 270 degree views across the Gulf and the Dubai skyline. It is one of two buildings on the estate, with Orla Infinity beside it: together they hold 85 residences, including sky palaces and what Omniyat describes as the largest private mansion on Palm Jumeirah, all serviced by Dorchester Collection. The architecture is by Foster + Partners, the interiors by YODEZEEN and the landscape by ZED Collective.
The homes are four bedroom simplexes and duplexes, penthouses and sky palaces, from 7,900 to 58,000 sq ft. The remaining stock includes four bedroom simplexes with double-height ceilings and a last four bedroom duplex with Palm and sea views.
The two buildings share their amenities: a residents-only beach club with an infinity pool and cabanas, a spa, a sunset lounge, an indoor temperature-controlled lap pool, a cycling studio, two private cinemas, a residents' cigar lounge, a bowling alley and indoor children's areas. Dorchester Collection's residential service runs in two tiers, classic and à la carte.

Orla is the closest thing in this catalogue to a finished product. Handover is Q4 2026, months rather than years away, so the building, the beach and the Dorchester service can be judged in person before the balance is paid.
The site is the case. The apex of the Palm crescent gives 270 degree views that cannot be built out, and a beachfront plot shared by only two buildings keeps the number of neighbours small. Its sister building is sold out: Omniyat reports that Orla Infinity sold AED 1.4bn of inventory shortly after launch, which tells you the stock at this address clears.
The honest position. From AED 57M this is the top of the Dubai market, where resale is slow and depends on a handful of buyers. 60% falls due on handover, so the funding has to be ready by the end of 2026. And the images here show the shared estate, not Orla's own interiors: ask for the unit's plans and finish schedule before committing.
