Built from conviction, not commission
Samuel Sindell spent over a decade in financial services, including building bespoke software for Deutsche Bank, HSBC and BNY Mellon as Head of Business Development, before turning his focus to a market he had followed first-hand for ten years: UAE real estate.
What he found was a market full of opportunity and equally full of people incentivised to obscure it. Buyers were handed brochures, not analysis; sold postcodes, not positions; and almost never told which opportunities to walk away from. Richmond Capital Advisory was founded to be the advisor those investors never had, one that takes a researched, measured position on every opportunity, and whose founder invests his own capital alongside the clients he advises.
Today the firm advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth investors across the UK, Europe and the UAE, private investors, family offices and business principals who expect honest counsel over enthusiasm.
